London Flexible Workspace Market Update

Flexible Space Association member Flexioffices have published an overview of the current market for flexible workspace in London.

The picture shows the market is recovering, but that it is mixed across London boroughs.  The strongest growth is in North West London, with a 42.7% increase in desk rates set against 2021.

The flexibility of flexible workspace is clearly a key factor for clients, with 26% opting for contracts of 3 months or less initially.  However, 55% are opting for a minimum of 12 months, so there is a good degree of stability in the sector.
