May’s Conference Programme Published

The programme for the Flexible Space Association Conference, taking place on Tuesday 14th May in London, has been published.  It can be viewed below or downloaded.

With speakers and panels covering a wealth of topics relevant to the flexible workspace industry, the event will inform and inspire people working in or alongside the sector.

In recognition of the breadth of workspace operators within our membership, the conference co-hosts are drawn from one of our smaller member companies and our largest.  Suzanne Murdock of The Hub Newry will join Michael Millard of IWG in introducing conference sessions and keeping the event flowing through the day.

As can be seen in the programme, the broad range of topics covered will include ESG activities, the AI revolution, the scaling of larger workspace operators and the competitive advantages open to smaller ones.

In addition to industry speakers, we’ll hear from Dougal Shaw, a Business Reporter at the BBC, giving his perspective on flexible spaces for work, as well as representatives from Trading Standards, the Police and HMRC on enforcement and compliance matters relevant to our sector.

Jane Sartin, Executive Director of the Flexible Space Association, commented: “The aim of our Conference programme is to bring together speakers and panellists who can share their knowledge and practical experience, informing and inspiring others in the sector. 

“We are set for a day that should be interesting and informative, and enable people from across the UK who work within or have an interest in the flexible workspace industry to come together.”

For many attendees, the opportunity to catch up with industry contacts and make new connections is a key part of the day, and there will be plenty of chances for this during refreshment breaks and at the reception at the end of the day.

As well as the on-stage conference programme, the exhibition area will be home to a wide range of businesses providing products and services to the sector, making the event a great opportunity for workspace operators to learn about the latest opportunities to make improvements to their customer facing services, or help their business to run more smoothly.
