FlexSA Members Gather in Birmingham
FlexSA was in Birmingham yesterday for a Roundtable Meeting and Workspace Visit, bringing together a group of our members from the city and surrounding area.
It was a generally positive discussion, with strong occupancy levels reported, and particularly high meeting room bookings. The group also discussed topics including the types and timings of events being run for clients, and new workspace anticipated in the city.
Our meeting took place in x+why in Colmore Row, which alongside beautiful workspace has a private members club with a large roof terrace, which we enjoyed the views from on a tour of the building.
We then headed to the recently opened Runway East in the nearby Arca building – and another lovely roof terrace with views. It was a perfect sunny afternoon for the roof terraces!
It was good to have Lee Zweig from one of our Service Provider Members, Wavenet Connected, with us to follow up on the cyber security webinar we ran with one of his colleagues the previous day. Whilst supporting the flexible workspace sector UK-wide, Wavenet is a significant employer in Birmingham, with their head office in Solihull.
