What Can the Flex Sectors Learn from Others on Tech?

Yesterday we gathered a group of people from FlexSA member companies to discuss what the flexible workspace sector can learn from other industries in the use of technology.

The Flexible Space Association roundtable lunch was held in partnership with our Service Provider Member Yardi, and hosted by Myo at their stunning new Piccadilly location.

We heard from Yardi’s Regional Director Justin Harley on how other sectors, particularly build to rent, are using technology to support and enhance both the running of services, and also how customers experience them. The discussion was wide ranging, but included the use of AI, the streamlining of systems and making them easier for customers to use, and the importance of face-to-face interaction with customers in workspaces alongside good technology.

Following the discussion, we toured Myo’s newest edition to their flex portfolio, with great views of Piccadilly Circus as well as beautifully finished workspace.
