Service Innovation Award Finalists 2024

The finalists for the Flexible Space Association’s Service Innovation Award have been announced.

This award recognises new or expanded services which offer ‘something different’ within the sector, as a new service or a new way of doing things.  This award is sponsored by Opstech.

The entries covered a broad range of initiatives, and the judges were impressed by the variety of activities being undertaken in the flexible workspace sector.

The finalists are:

  • Clockwise for Clockwise Campus, breaking new ground with the launch of a metaverse-based workspace, transforming how businesses collaborate and connect in a virtual environment which includes meeting rooms, desks and breakout areas.
  • Collaborative One for their development of a workspace which encompasses a broad range of sectors, from hairdressers and tarot card readers to architects and marketing agencies, whilst supporting the regeneration of Croydon.
  • DeskLodge for the Beacon Tower Roof Terrace.  They have created a 5,000 square foot roof terrace, with facilities including a projector and screen and private penthouse office; the space is designed to accommodate everything from yoga to plant potting sessions.
  • Fora for Restore, an innovative wellness initiative designed to enhance the overall wellbeing of their members by providing a comprehensive and accessible health and fitness offering, with an emphasis on flexibility so wellness can be integrated into the working day.

The winners of all the FlexSA Awards will be announced at the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Gala Dinner on Thursday 28th November.
