2024 Award Winners: Clockwise Leeds

Clockwise Leeds was the winner of the 2024 Excellence in Customer Service for the area covering Scotland, North of England and Yorkshire.

Their entry for the award set out their achievements over the past year, including earning a 4.9 star Google rating.

They had hosted 70 events, ranging from wellbeing and development activities to social gatherings.  Following requests from their members to run creative activities, they organised a ‘painting, Pimms, and picky bits’ session, which 60 people attended.

The team work to be ‘permanently flexible’, and not only has this helped with customer retention, they have also welcomed back two former clients.  They offer personalised operational support and creating opportunities for collaboration, supporting their members to grow.

“It’s our top priority to ensure our members get the very best experience in our spaces and every single colleague is aligned in achieving that goal; from the events we curate, to the day to day service delivered by our team, to the quality of our spaces.”
