Installing Podcast Studios in Flexible Workspace
There are a growing range of amenities in flexible workspaces, and podcast studios have been one of particular interest and growth this year.
Today we held a Workspace Wisdom Webinar to look at the topic of installing podcast studios in flexible workspaces. If you missed it, you can catch up with the recording!
The webinar was hosted by FlexSA’s Executive Director Jane Sartin, with panellists Jordi Morell of Obsidian Offices in Cheshire, Denise McGeachy of Bracken Workspace Plus in Leeds, and Katy Tennant, Director of Operations at Clockwise. Jordi trained as a sound engineer with the BBC, going onto work in TV and radio drama for the Corporation. He offered some great insights on aspects that those who don’t have this expertise should think about if they’re interested in adding a podcast studio to their flexible workspace facilities.
Topics covered in the discussion included the design of podcast studios (practical and aesthetic), the technology needed, marketing the facility, how they can be utilised and much more besides! It is well worth a watch if you are considering installing this facility.
