2024 Award Winners: Myo Victoria Street

The last of  the recent Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Award winners we are profiling is the winner of the award for the London area, Myo Victoria Street.

Their entry for the awards set out examples of where the Myo team had gone above and beyond.  These included utilising first aid skills during a medical emergency, accommodating a last minute large event after another venue had let a customer down and effectively improvising to support a Myo member with an important meeting when they realised they hadn’t booked a meeting room.

The team are proud of their  Member Satisfaction Survey results, with a 96% satisfaction rating for team friendliness, and 94% for team service.

Becca Munroe, Myo’s Workplace Operations and Experience Director has said: “Our team at Myo Victoria has been recognised for their remarkable hard work and unwavering dedication in delivering exceptional service to all our members and guests. Providing top-notch service is the cornerstone of what we do, and our team consistently strives to maintain the highest standards while offering a personalised approach.

“It’s truly heartwarming to see our efforts being acknowledged, and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together. Warmest congratulations to everyone nominated.”
