2024 Award Winners: Collaborative One

The final of the 2024 Flexible Space Association Awards which we are celebrating is for Service Innovation.  The winner was Collaborative One, based in Croydon.

The Service Innovation Award recognises new or expanded services which offer ‘something different’ within the sector, as a new service or a new way of doing things.

Based just off the high street in South Croydon, Collaborative One set out to redefine the workspace experience, carrying out extensive re-development of their building to offer contemporary workspace for a broad range of businesses.  These include hairdressers, beauty salons and tarot readers, alongside telecoms, insurance, web designers and marketing agencies.

They offer offices, retail spaces meeting rooms and coworking, and focus their efforts on supporting their clients to grow their businesses.   They also have a therapy room which can be hired by the hour, allowing therapists in the early stages of their business to utilise a professional space without a full-time commitment.
