2024 FlexSA Award Winners: DeskLodge

The winner of the Excellence in Customer Service Award covering South and South West England was DeskLodge, based in Bristol.

The company runs two locations in the city, at DeskLodge House near Temple Meads station, and Beacon Tower, where they opened at the end of last year.

Their award entry set out how they deliver excellent customer service, with a focus on a welcome which is ‘warm, friendly and personal’.  The DeskLodge team are proud to receive great feedback from their members, and they get to know them through activities including ‘Free Fruit Wednesdays’, ‘Sweetie Fridays’ and monthly socials run at breakfast time and in the evenings.

With a focus on supporting small businesses, DeskLodge run talks by industry specialists, and offer plenty of opportunities to network with others using their workspace which can result in new business opportunities.

DeskLodge’s Managing Director, Jamie Ellis, commented: “The DeskLodge Team are delighted to have once again been named winners of the Excellence in Customer Service Award for the South West, following our previous win in 2022. 

“We work incredibly hard as a team to deliver the best service to all our members, so we’re always pleased and proud when we get recognition, especially from within the flexible workspace industry. Thanks to the judges and FlexSA, we love being part of it.”
