2024 FlexSA Award Winners: Jameson Lee of Cubo
Following last week’s announcements of the winners of the 2024 Flexible Space Association Awards, we’re going to take a look at each of the winners over the next couple of weeks.
We made five awards for Excellence in Customer Service, dividing up the UK. The winner for North West England was Jameson Lee of Cubo; he is Centre Manager for Cubo at The Lincoln.
The nomination for him stated that ‘Jameson exemplifies outstanding customer service…….dedicating the majority of his time to ensuring that members have everything they need for a smooth, enjoyable experience.’
His proactive approach to supporting Cubo’s members was highlighted, alongside his work to run weekly events to foster a sense of community. Jameson was also praised for his attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards.
Our award judges were impressed by the case made, and Jameson was presented with the award at the FlexSA Gala Dinner in London on 28th November. He received the award from one of our judging panel, Dougal Shaw of Business Leader, who is pictured alongside Andrea Kolokasi, Chair of the Flexible Space Association’s Board.
Jameson commented “I was touched to be nominated for this award so am understandably delighted to win it. Our motto at Cubo is ‘more than work’ and when our members step into a Cubo this is what we aim to bring this to life for them.
“Over the last year at Cubo I have built an engaged and valued community which meets the professional and personal needs of our members, and to be recognised for doing so in as honour.”
