2024 FlexSA Award Winners: Nene Business Centre
Customer service is at the heart of every great flexible workspace, so the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Awards make 5 awards which recognise this, dividing the UK up into different areas.
The winner of the Excellence in Customer Service Award for the Midlands and East of England was Nene Business Centre, based in Irthlingborough near Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Their entry set out how the entire team at Nene Business Centre work together to meet the needs of their clients – cleaning, cafe, operations and reception staff. They have worked to be proactive rather than reactive, to stay relevant and competitive and provide consistency of service.
Dalize Van Zyl, Nene’s Centre Manager (pictured holding the award), commented: “We were thrilled that our Centre Team were acknowledged and nominated for our dedication to Customer Service in this year’s FlexSA Awards. Winning the award for a consecutive year was so unexpected, which made the win exceptionally special!
“Our daily mission is to ensure that every person who comes through our many doors (reception, café, meeting rooms) are met with exceptional professionalism and a passion to serve. 2024 has been a rollercoaster year – this recognition is a true testament to our teams’ determination and dedication to our community of clients.”
