Avison Young Joins FlexSA

We are delighted to welcome Avison Young as a new member of the Flexible Space Association.

The global real estate practice encompasses over 1,500 staff handling a diverse range of real estate skills.  They support businesses through advisory and planning, management and financing, investment sales, leasing, and property management services across the office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hospitality sectors.

Over the past few months, Avison Young has been one of a small number of companies supporting the Flexible Space Association’s work responding to potential changes in the way serviced offices are assessed for business rates. A representative will be part of a panel discussion updating on this at our Conference next month.

Their national business rates team consists of 80 dedicated staff based across their regional office network, specialising in every facet of business rates advice covering the most diverse range of property uses.

Avison Young are leaders in advising and mitigating business rates across the serviced office and flex space sector, currently working on circa 18 million sq ft of serviced offices, covering 270+ office buildings across the country and consists of over 20,000 serviced office assessments.
