City of London Workspace Tour
The latest Flexible Space Association Workspace Tour took place yesterday, in the City of London.
A group from FlexSA member companies visited four flexible workspaces, all members of the Flexible Space Association.
The tour began at incspaces‘ Holland House, adjacent to the famous ‘gherkin’ building. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of it and the surrounding area.
We moved onto two Bishopsgate workspaces. Firstly to XCHG, run by NewFlex. It offers beautifully designed space, across two floors, one a mezzanine. We also got to see the media studios, including a popular podcast studio.
A few doors along Bishopsgate was Signature by Regus. Yet another building with fantastic views, and it also had beautifully designed shared space, alongside a large number of private offices.
Finally, to The Space in New Street, beside Liverpool Street station; a live train times board in reception ensures people don’t miss trains, or spend time waiting in the station rather than the comfort of the offices! The group agreed the phone booths were the largest they’d seen.
It was a great afternoon to share best practice in the flexible workspace industry between our member companies, and everyone was generous with their time and contributions. The tour again showed the wide variety of space and services on offer, meaning there is something to perfectly suit every individual and business.
