Employment Law Reforms Webinar
The Flexible Space Association’s first Workspace Wisdom Webinar of 2025 takes place at 11am on Wednesday 29th January, and you can register now for your free place.
We will be hearing from Lauren Harkin, Partner at FlexSA Service Provider member RWK Goodman. Lauren will be briefing on some of the employment reforms planned by the new Government, and in particular new legal duties focused on preventing sexual harrassment in the workplace.

· What has changed – the new proactive duty and protecting employees from third party harassment
· What the consequences of non-compliance are
· How can employers ensure they comply with the new duty
· The recent employment law changes and planned reforms under the Employment Rights Bill.
