Finalists for the Excellence in Customer Service Awards 2024

We’re pleased to announce the finalists for the Flexible Space Association’s Excellence in Customer Service Awards, following a meeting of the judging panel this morning.  This is the first category we are announcing, with others to follow over the next week.

The judges were impressed with the quality and diversity of the entries, and it was a tough call in making a decision on which made it through as finalists.

We will be making five awards for Excellence in Customer Service, covering different areas of the UK.  The finalists are:

London

  • Landmark Space – the company fosters a culture of customer-centricity, recognition and continuous improvement.
  • Myo Victoria Street – Martina, Viktoria and Tania received high praise from customers in the member satisfaction survey, with examples of their success ranging from genuinely thoughtful to life saving.
  • Serviced Office Company – Anna and Shauna work to deliver excellence customer service by genuinely listening to customers and responding with empathy and precision.
  • Workspace – Lauren led a project ‘ Putting Customer Experience at the Heart of our Centre Teams’, supported by Michael and Anda, to refocus centre managers on creating connections with customers.

Midlands, East of England & Wales

  • BusinessLodge Stoke – the team work to create a welcoming, dynamic environment where businesses can grow in a strong community.
  • Nene Business Centre – the 6-strong team at Nene Business Centre have worked together to face and overcome a variety of challenges over the year.
  • RA Information Systems – staff work together to support clients to ensure they receive the best customer experience.
  • UBC Henley in Arden – Christine and Helen make clients their number one priority, doing everything from moving furniture to hosting networking events.

North West 

  • Business Lodge Bury – the 11-strong team have created an environment where people can work efficiently and comfortably, in a community dedicated to business growth.
  • Orega Balloon Street, Manchester – Lucy, Nicola, Tiff, Lisa & Jazmin are dedicated to creating a positive experience for clients, resulting in high retention rates.
  • UBC Warrington – Samantha and Paige work together to anticipate their client’s needs, going beyond expectations to support them.
  • Cubo Manchester -Centre Manager Jameson exemplifies outstanding customer service, dedicating the majority of his time to ensuring members have everything they need.

Scotland, North of England & Yorkshire

  • 2-Work Leeds – in a year of change, Natalie, Lily and Odean have worked together to successfully bring in new clients, doing everything with pride and passion.
  • Clockwise Leeds – the team of Laura, Fiona, Kelsey, Char-Leigh and Sandra have had a busy year, with activities including hosting 70 events and supporting their clients’ growth.
  • UBC Edinburgh – Cristelle as Centre Manager has provided exceptional support to new and existing clients, including growing the programme of community events.
  • UBC Leeds – Centre Manager Emily works hard to create an environment where every client feels valued and part of the community.

South & South West 

  • Clockwise Southampton – Sean, Brad and Goncalo’s collaborative approach has been fundamental to their success this year, leveraging their complementary skills.
  • DeskLodge, Bristol – ‘Team DeskLodge’ comprises 11 people whose efforts to ensure their clients are well supported brings them great reviews.
  • Orega Marlow – Lee and Sam consistently go above and beyond to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service, and they often provide glowing reviews.
  • UBC Bath – Camilla and Bibi pride themselves on knowing each client personally, and understanding their business goals and challenges.

The winners of the Awards will be announced at the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Gala Dinner on Thursday 28th November.
