FlexSA in Edinburgh

The Flexible Space Association was in Edinburgh yesterday, bringing together a large group to discuss flexible workspace issues and tour three workspaces.

The group met for a Roundtable Meeting at Citibase, and after an update on FlexSA’s upcoming activities discussed a wide range of issues of shared interestes around flexible workspace.  The Edinburgh market appears to be strong, and the increased popularity of meeting rooms on Mondays was discussed, although offices remain busiest between Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Following a tour of Citibase’s beautiful building, there was a visit to the nearby garden square they have access to – the group are pictured in it.

There were visits to two more flexible workspaces, starting with WeWork.  It was a busy building, backing up the assertion that Tuesdays see the most people in workspaces.  The group enjoyed amazing views of Edinburgh Castle from the roof terrace (pictured above).
