FlexSA in Newcastle
Newcastle is often mentioned in the list of cities that is seeing a particular growth in flexible workspace, and was the destination for our latest Roundtable and Workspace Visit yesterday.
We met at Orega at St James’ Gate, a few minutes walk from the train station, which had recently celebrated its first birthday.
Following an update on FlexSA’s activities, the group heard from The Instant Group on how the local market is doing, and the trends in what people are looking for in workspace. Following an opportunity to exchange news and ask questions, there was a tour of Oregan’s workspace.
