FlexSA London Roundtable

The Flexible Space Association brought together some of our London-based members this week, at a Roundtable Meeting held at Uncommon Holborn.

The group discussed a variety of flexible workspace matters, including relating to the operations of virtual office services.  We also talked about coworking space versus dedicated desks, and meeting room usage.  As in Liverpool last week, the group were all seeing an increase in the time people are spending in the office, including on Mondays.

We enjoyed a tour of the large Uncommon building, which covers 140,000 sq ft, before heading to nearby x+why The Fullwood for a tour.  It was a chilly afternoon, but the views were worth going out onto the roof terraces of both buildings.

Our final Roundtable Meeting of 2024 takes place in Manchester on 5th December.
