Focus on Technology Initiative Award
Technology plays a big part if the flexible workspace industry, behind the scenes and in the forefront for customers.
The Flexible Space Association’s Technology Initiative award will recognise excellence in delivering new technology-driven projects that have been smoothly implemented and deliver clear benefits to customers or to the running of workspace.
The Technology Initiative award is this year sponsored by Myo, and Natasha Morris, Head of Myo, commented: “Workspaces need technology that empowers people to connect within their office, and around the world, so while speed and responsiveness are paramount, a secure, resilient and reliable infrastructure should provide the bedrock for innovation and productivity. At Myo we’re always looking to exceed these expectations, offering the flexibility to help configure an ideal solution for our customers.
“Examples of a high level of ambition, achievement and customer-centricity is what we’re looking for in the award entries for 2024, and we’re proud to support FlexSA in finding them.”
The winners of the technology award in the past 3 years were:
2023 – NCG were the winners (Chris Yates is pictured accepting the award) for their creation of a product which caters to a wide range of customers, incorporating traditional office providers and flexible workspace operators, alongside a range of other types of businesses. They paired traditional telecoms infrastructure and fully managed services with cutting edge IoT and software solutions, to integrate many moving parts.
2022 – Holler Technology won for their project rolling out a cloud voice solution for flexible workspace operator Capital Space, working across 9 locations and 1,500 users, to some 400 separate businesses. There was no pre-existing cloud voice solution that could deliver what was needed, so they evolved an existing solution to develop the product.
2021 – RA Information Systems took home the award for their development of new touch-free access features to their Clarity Visitor sign-in solution to assist with security and minimise contact at check-in. Their system assists workspace operators and their customers by giving them a centralised and standardised visitor procedure.
The 2024 FlexSA Awards are open to entry until 6pm on Thursday 24th October, with an easy entry process through our online portal.
