Webinar shares advice for flex operators gearing for expansion

Our popular ‘Workspace Wisdom Webinar’ series returned after the summer break today, with a session delivering advice and guidance for flex operators who may be exploring growth and expansion.  If you missed it live, you can catch-up with the recording.

Set against the current market of a ‘flex boom’, the webinar recognised that now is the time many flexible workspace operators are looking for opportunities to grow their business.

Advice came from guest speaker Flexit MB Consulting’s Matthew Blair, who utilised his years of experience in the flex industry to offer an insightful market overview, before outlining various growth models, brand considerations, research opportunities and a scope of expert help that could help steer flex operators to the right decisions to push their business forward either in terms of expanding locations or entering new markets.

The latter part of the session delivered strategic considerations for operators in the process to ensure time and opportunity coincide for a successful outcome when scoping out your next move.
