Workspace Group Welcomes New CEO
Long-standing Flexible Space Association member Workspace Group has welcomed a new CEO, Lawrence Hutchings.
Lawrence joined the business on 18th November, having previously been CEO of Capital & Regional PLC. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Blackstone in Australia for four years, Managing Director, UK Retail at Hammerson PLC and Director (Property) European Retail at Henderson Global Investors.
On his appointment to Workspace, Lawrence Huchings (pictured) said: “Workspace sits at the heart of the flex market with a legacy of supporting London SMEs and a significant opportunity to continue its evolution in the future. I look forward to working with the rest of the team as I get to know the business.”
