HEWN is a niche firm of commercial Chartered Surveyors with over 15 years’ experience advising operators and property owners of their options in the flexible workspace and space-as-a-service sectors throughout the UK and Europe.

Founded by Will Kinnear, HEWN specialises in joint venture management agreements and non-traditional leasing arrangements between owners and operators to provide both parties with the perfect blend of right asset with the right operation.
