Andrea Kolokasi

Chair of the Board

Andrea is Head of Business Development at Workspace Group, a FTSE-250 Real Estate Investment Trust, which owns and manages five million sq. ft. of flexible business space across 76 locations.

In her role, Andrea is focused on evolving Workspace’s brand and business strategy, and adding value to Workspace’s customer experience.

Throughout her 20-years at Workspace, she has worked across a variety of roles including Portfolio Manager, overseeing a large proportion of the company’s assets, and Head of Club Workspace, introducing one of London’s first large-scale network of members’ co-working spaces.

More recently, Andrea launched Workspace’s new events offer, including the design and build of its first conference centre in Moorgate. She also launched a new customer mobile app and manages over 120 of the company’s meeting rooms, which have become extremely popular with both customers and external users.

Prior to joining Workspace in 2003, Andrea held a number of roles at Regus, including a customer-facing centre manager and, subsequently, Project Manager, developing the business’ value proposition.

Andrea been a member of FlexSA’s Board since 2018, and took of the role of Chair in January 2024.
