Andrew Butterworth is Chief Commercial Officer for Bruntwood, leading the Asset Management, Operations, Professional Services, Retail & Leisure, and Marketing functions within the organisation. He looks after 80 buildings and circa. 2,000 customers across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, as well as overseeing the well established in-house team of surveyors, interior designers and product specialists who all contribute to Bruntwood’s customer journey.
For nearly 50 years, Bruntwood has played a crucial role in revitalising communities across the UK. They create fantastic suburban workspace, retail, and leisure offerings, as well as working in joint
ventures with local councils to regenerate town centres.
