Jonathan Price

Jonathan has 31 year track record in finance, having started as an investment banker in the debt capital markets in 1982. During that time he has worked in many different finance and investment roles, and since 1999 he has been a recognised specialist in the field of coworking and serviced offices. In 2002 he designed, launched and managed the first publicly offered fund anywhere in the world for investment in that sector, in partnership with UK merchant bank, Close Brothers. He is currently a non-executive director at Business Lodge, a coworking operator based in the North West of England.

Jonathan’s financial expertise was recognised by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment when he was made a Chartered Fellow in 2011. When not working in this sector, Jonathan teaches finance and law at two leading graduate schools in the UK and Europe.
